THE IMPORTANCE OF PROTEIN HYDROLYSIS to obtain amino acids and polyamines in a natural way without the addition of any chemical product and guaranteeing the absolute absence of: antibiotics, weed seeds, pathogenic germs.
The Grena (THP®) production process wet thermal hydrolysis is based on the European directives implemented with Reg. 1069/2009 of the Italian law.
The heat treatment of animal organic matter is carried out in cooking autoclaves that use indirect steam in the jacket as a thermal vehicle produced by the boiler.
It is precisely through the cooking phases that hydrolysis takes place, which allows to release the amino acids contained in the proteins, the subsequent aggregation of some amino acids produces the formation of peptides and carboxylic groups then present in Grena products.
During the thermal process, the evaporation of the humidity present in the cooking liquid (ETHP®).
The autoclaves are kept in a slight depression by suction of the vapor which is condensed (cooling and / or pyrolysis) obtaining the liquid finished product: liquid polyamine extract .
Product control check up : Grena provides for a constant control of incoming raw materials as well as finished products through weekly analyzes carried out in certified external laboratories (accredia).
